At MilAndi Works, we are committed to providing efficient shipping methods to ensure your orders reach you in a timely manner. We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Our shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order. Please refer to your order summary for specific shipping costs.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from MilAndi Works.
* Your Purchase can be warrantied for a refund due to defect in materials or workmanship within the first 30 days; contact us to initiate the return and exchange process.
1) Contact Milan or Andi to discuss the issue.
2) Return the item in new condition and appropriately packaged .
The customer is responsible for return shipping and packaging costs. Milandi Works is not responsible for customer's misuse or neglect of a product including prolonged exposure to moisture or extreme temperatures. [which can cause either fading and/or warping of the wood]
* Notify us as soon as possible if your product was damaged in shipping or has become lost in the mail. ***Contact us to discuss issues with Custom Engraved boards as outlined above. ****Warranty claims for Font Style preferences or misspelling of preapproved works are not applicable.
